Incercari de compatibilitate electromagnetica

Primul laborator modern de EMC din Romania

Pentru a dezvolta activitati in domeniul incercarilor, ICMET a infiintat primul laborator modern din Romania pentru incercari compatibilitate electromagnetica (CEM), destinat sa asigure compatibilitatea electromagnetica pentru echipamente electrice si electronice. Laboratorul este rezultatul cooperarii stranse intre ICMET Craiova si Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) Braunschweig, Germania.

In prezent, incercarile de imunitate si masurarea perturbatiilor conduse executate de catre acest laborator sunt acreditate de catre RENAR. In anul 2000 a fost pusa in functiune camera semi-anecoica, prima de acest fel in Romania.

Caracteristici Tehnice

Imunitatea in conformitate cu EN 61000-4-3:

  • In zona de masurare (LxH=1,5×1,5 m) camp uniform in limite de toleranta impuse (0 dB, +6DB) pentru cel putin 75% din zona (12 din cele 16 puncte de masurare).
  • Distanta de masurare: 3 m
  • Prevederile EN 61000-4-3 sunt garantate in domeniul de frecventa: 80MHz-18 GHz.

Perturbatiile radiate in conformitate cu EN 55022: Preconformitate

In zona „moarta” (diametru 1 m):

  • 30-90MHz NSA: ± 9,5dB
  • 90-200MHz NSA: ± 6,5dB
  • 200-1GHz NSA: ± 4dB
  • 1-18GHz NSA: ± 4dB

Solutie tehnica

Carcasa ecranata:

– constructia facuta din tabla subtire de 1,5 mm OL sudata in atmosfera neutra. Captusit cu piramide de absorbtie facute din spuma poliuretanica impregnata de particule de carbon fixate cu adeziv acrilic rezistent la temperatura pana la 600 °C (30 sec) si stationat in campuri electrice pana la 350V/m.

Dimensiunile unei camere uzuale: 6,885 m x 2,680 m x 3,340 m
