We ensure the certification of conformity of automotive products manufactured entirely in Romania. This is a vital measure in the perspective of integration into the European Union.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #333; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0;\">\n        We are rapidly expanding the capabilities of our specialized EMC laboratory. We are steadily increasing the number of accredited tests for the automotive industry. This particularly concerns Directive 2004\/104\/EC on the automotive sector. We can perform all the automotive tests strictly required by international standards. The placement of the cable harnesses inside the car will be judicious. We drastically reduce the expenses allocated by Romanian car manufacturers. There is the possibility of performing tests immediately recognized by competent international bodies. Asiguram certificarea conformitatii produselor auto fabricate integral in Romania. Aceasta este o masura vitala in perspectiva integrarii in Uniunea Europeana. Urmarim extinderea rapida a capabilitatii laboratorului nostru specializat CEM. Crestem ferm numarul de incercari acreditate pentru industria auto. Efectuam incercari specifice pentru subansamblurile electrice si electronice din vehicule. Directive respectate de laborator Procedurile noastre noi respecta integral Directivele Europene in vigoare actuale. Este vizata in mod special Directiva 2004\/104\/EC privind sectorul auto. Sunt acoperite si directivele conexe extrem de importante 89\/336\/EEC si 1999\/5\/EC. Aceste teste complexe si moderne nu se puteau efectua anterior in Romania. Implementarea lor ne aliniaza direct la exigentele pietei auto externe. Etapele de extindere a laboratorului Etapa I (Anul 2006) Activitate: Studiul incercarilor specifice subansamblurilor auto ESA prevazute in Directivele Europene. Termen: 30.11.2006 Etapa II (Anul 2007) Activitate: Elaborarea tehnica si realizarea modelului functional al circuitelor de incercare ESA. Termen: 31.08.2007 Etapa III (Anul 2007) Activitate: Elaborarea documentelor necesare pentru extinderea acreditarii conform Directivei 2004\/104\/EC. Termen: 30.11.2007 Etapa IV (Anul 2008) Activitate: Extinderea oficiala a acreditarii laboratorului CEM si diseminarea rezultatelor finale. Termen: 31.01.2008 Impactul tehnic si succesul economic Performanta in sectorul auto Rezultatele proiectului au consecinte tehnice deosebit de importante si vizibile. Putem realiza toate incercarile auto cerute ferm de standardele internationale. Proiectam echipamente sigure destinate utilizarii optime pe autovehicule moderne. Acestea vor avea un nivel garantat si foarte scazut de radiatii electromagnetice. Amplasarea fasciculelor de cabluri in interiorul automobilului va fi judicioasa. Realizam incercari conforme pentru omologarea de tip a tuturor subansamblurilor auto. Avantaje economice majore Din punct de vedere economic, avantajele locale sunt cu adevarat majore. Reducem drastic cheltuielile alocate de firmele producatoare auto din Romania. Ele nu mai trebuie sa apeleze la laboratoare scumpe din strainatate. Proiectarea si omologarea de produse noi devine mult mai accesibila. Exista posibilitatea realizarii unor incercari recunoscute imediat de organismele internationale competente. Astfel, chiar si firmele europene pot face incercari auto in Romania. Dezvoltare sociala si exporturi Se creeaza premise excelente pentru cresterea competitivitatii produselor romanesti exportate. Asteptam o crestere masiva a numarului de firme auto producatoare. Aceste firme vor furniza subansambluri vitale pentru diverse autovehicule grele. Productia interna auto se extinde si exporturile cresc in mod sustinut. Asta inseamna o crestere directa a numarului de salariati locali implicati. Domeniul auto intern va deveni un pol de atractie pentru specialisti.
