Partial discharges are targeted directly at the transformer operating site. The project has developed an advanced measurement and localization system. The novelty consists in the coupling of an electrical synchronous measurement circuit. It evaluates partial discharges on all investigated phases simultaneously.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #333; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0;\">\n        The electrical method is intelligently coupled with an acoustic measurement. This way, we achieve a maximum degree of safety in the validation process.\n    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"color: #cc0000; font-size: 1.1em; margin-bottom: 10px;\">Eliminating electromagnetic interference<\/h3>\n<div style=\"border: 1px solid #ddd; background-color: #fff; padding: 25px; margin-bottom: 30px;\">\n<p style=\"color: #444; line-height: 1.6; margin-top: 0;\">\n        We have developed a dedicated software for discriminating useful electrical signals. It completely eliminates electromagnetic disturbances existing in crowded electrical substations. This software filters very precisely the signals generated by the Corona effect. It also filters out high-energy signals on an unwanted fixed frequency. Radio or television waves from the area are eliminated.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0;\">\n        The acoustic measurement is not influenced at all by these external disturbances. The results were excellently optimized by another reference software. The discharge occurrence time is exactly related to the zero crossing. This prevents the untimely failure of very large transformers. Failures bring huge financial losses and major social discomfort.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0;\">\n        At the extreme limit, they cause massive air and soil pollution. The system was quickly validated both in the laboratory and in real operation. The intellectual property right belongs entirely to the ICMET Craiova institute. The marketing of the diagnostic service is operated exclusively by our specialists.\n    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"color: #cc0000; font-size: 1.2em; margin-bottom: 10px;\">Valorization of results and beneficiaries<\/h3>\n<div style=\"background-color: #fff; border: 1px solid #ddd; padding: 25px; margin-bottom: 40px; box-shadow: 0 2px 5px rgba(0,0,0,0.05); border-left: 4px solid #003366;\">\n<p style=\"color: #333; line-height: 1.6; margin-top: 0;\">\n        In 2008, we efficiently diagnosed 22 high-power transformers. We brought in considerable direct income worth 189,200 lei. Beneficiaries&#039; expenses were massively reduced by over 240,000 euros that year.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #333; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0;\">\n        In 2009, numerous advanced diagnostic works were performed. Potential users are all manufacturers of power and measuring transformers. Among them, we proudly mention Electroputere Craiova, Elerom Roman and Retrasib Sibiu. Obiectivele si inovatia proiectului PDM Monitorizarea transformatoarelor de putere Obiectivul principal este dezvoltarea unor metode moderne de masurare in teren. Vizate sunt descarcarile partiale direct la locul de exploatare al transformatoarelor. Proiectul a dezvoltat un sistem avansat de masurare si localizare. Noutatea consta in cuplarea unui circuit electric de masurare sincrona. Acesta evalueaza descarcarile partiale pe toate fazele investigate simultan. Metoda electrica este cuplata inteligent cu o masurare pe cale acustica. Astfel, obtinem un grad maxim de siguranta in procesul de validare. Eliminarea perturbatiilor electromagnetice Am dezvoltat un software dedicat pentru discriminarea semnalelor electrice utile. El elimina complet perturbatiile electromagnetice existente in statiile electrice aglomerate. Acest software filtreaza foarte precis semnalele generate de efectul Corona. Filtreaza inclusiv semnalele cu energie mare pe o frecventa fixa nedorita. Sunt eliminate undele radio sau de televiziune din zona respectiva. Masurarea acustica nu este deloc influentata de aceste perturbatii externe. Rezultatele au fost optimizate excelent printr-un alt soft de referinta. Timpul de aparitie a descarcarii este raportat exact la trecerea prin zero. Am colaborat cu Universitatea Tehnica din Berlin pentru masurari comparative. Etapele de realizare si implementare Etapa I (2006) Activitate: Studiul tehnicilor de masurare a descarcarilor partiale in conditii de perturbatii intense la nivel international. Termen: 30.11.2006 Etapa II (2007) Activitate: Realizarea fizica a circuitului de masurare a descarcarilor partiale. Termen: 30.06.2007 Etapa III (2007) Activitate: Experimentarea in teren a noii tehnici de masurare a descarcarilor partiale. Termen: 30.11.2007 Etapa IV (2008) Activitate: Diseminarea rezultatelor stiintifice si pregatirea valorificarii rezultatelor finale ale proiectului. Termen: 30.06.2008 Impactul tehnic si succesul economic Prevenirea avariilor si protectia mediului Proiectul permite operatorilor energetici sa monitorizeze constant starea functionala generala. Prevenim astfel iesirea intempestiva din functionare a transformatoarelor foarte mari. Avariile aduc pagube financiare uriase si un disconfort social major. La limita extrema, ele provoaca poluarea masiva a aerului si solului. Sistemul a fost validat rapid atat in laborator cat si in exploatare reala. Dreptul de proprietate intelectuala apartine in totalitate institutului ICMET Craiova. Comercializarea serviciului de diagnoza este operata exclusiv de specialistii nostri. Valorificarea rezultatelor si beneficiari In anul 2008 am diagnosticat eficient 22 de transformatoare de mare putere. Am adus venituri directe considerabile in valoare de 189.200 lei. Cheltuielile beneficiarilor s-au redus masiv cu peste 240.000 euro in acel an. In anul 2009 s-au executat numeroase lucrari de diagnosticare avansata. Potentialii utilizatori sunt toti fabricantii de transformatoare de putere si masura. Printre ei amintim cu mandrie Electroputere Craiova, Elerom Roman si Retrasib Sibiu.
