We perfectly meet the needs of the technological platform PT23 \u2013 Industrial Steel. Excellent direct benefits are obtained both for the ICMET supplier and for the users. Our microproduction department will execute and homologate the newly created prototype.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0;\">\n        The project has a fundamental and direct contribution to environmental conservation. We are replacing the outdated thermal stress relief technology. This was extremely energy-consuming and highly polluting. The new ecological vibration method completely eliminates polluting smoke emissions. Acestea permit preluarea inteligenta de realizari tehnologice de varf. Ne inspiram din diverse sectoare tehnice pentru a creste nivelul echipamentelor. Reducem consumul energetic urias si protejam mediul inconjurator. Proiectul realizeaza o cercetare de frontiera in ariile Programului PC 7. Activitati aplicative strategice Elaboram concepte noi privind mecanismul de producere a tensiunilor interne. Dezvoltam metode distructive si nedistructive de evaluare a tensiunilor interne. Realizam modele functionale pentru instalatia ecologica de detensionare prin vibratii. Dezvoltam un centru de excelenta pentru colaborare si cercetare internationala. Formam tineri absolventi in cadrul masterului Siguranta si Integritatea masinilor. Integram proiectul in platforma tehnologica europeana dedicata resurselor de otel.
