It ensures the implementation of essential measurements in Romania. We measure the specific absorption rate (SAR) in the field. The terminals used in mobile telephony are directly targeted. The modern laboratory is managed by very well-trained specialists.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #333; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0;\">\n        The four engineers of the team were trained internationally. The training was carried out when the laboratory was put into operation. The training was coordinated by experts from SATIMO France. The specialization was also done at SICOM Trieste in Italy.\n    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"color: #003366; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; border-bottom: 2px solid #ccc; padding-bottom: 5px;\">\n    Scientific and technical services provided to third parties<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"color: #cc0000; font-size: 1.1em; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 0;\">Precise determinations and simulations<\/h3>\n<div style=\"border: 1px solid #ddd; background-color: #fff; padding: 25px; margin-bottom: 20px;\">\n<p style=\"color: #444; line-height: 1.6; margin-top: 0;\">\n        We accurately determine the SAR value for any mobile phone. We fully cover all frequency bands used today. These are between 450 and 2400 MHz. We test all current communication standards. These include GSM, CDMA, UMTS and DECT systems. We strictly comply with international safety standards. We follow the EN 50360 and IEC 62209 standards.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0;\">\n        We perform preliminary SAR assessment for devices. We quickly compare measured values with those obtained through simulation. Numerical simulations ensure extremely high accuracy. We evaluate the compliance of terminals with safety standards. This process involves detailed calculation of the radiated power emitted.\n    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"color: #cc0000; font-size: 1.1em; margin-bottom: 10px;\">Autonomy, small modules and implants<\/h3>\n<div style=\"border: 1px solid #ddd; background-color: #f4f4f4; padding: 25px; margin-bottom: 40px; border-left: 4px solid #003366;\">\n<p style=\"color: #444; line-height: 1.6; margin-top: 0;\">\n        We accurately determine the real operating autonomy of phones. We carefully analyze the characteristics of the power supply battery in operation. We correlate these characteristics with the operating mode of the terminal. We rigorously test very small communication devices.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0;\">\n        Communications at a fairly short distance are targeted. We include popular modules such as WLAN or Bluetooth. We also test modern compact networks such as ZigBee. In addition, we perform advanced studies on medical implants. We work strictly on the basis of a transparent economic contract. This results from a very clear request for proposal. The beneficiary accepts the offer before any procedures begin.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444; line-height: 1.6;\">\n        The test result is presented in the official Test Report. The document explicitly includes the technical measurement uncertainty. ICMET also supports interested higher education institutions. We provide a generous monthly amount of time free of charge. Masuram rata specifica de absorbtie (SAR) in domeniu. Sunt vizate direct terminalele utilizate in telefonia mobila. Laboratorul modern este gestionat de specialisti foarte bine pregatiti. Cei patru ingineri ai echipei au fost scolarizati international. Scolarizarea s-a realizat la punerea in functiune a laboratorului. Pregatirea a fost coordonata de experti de la SATIMO Franta. Specializarea s-a facut inclusiv la SICOM Trieste in Italia. Servicii stiintifice si tehnice oferite tertilor Determinari si simulari precise Determinam precis valoarea SAR pentru orice telefoane mobile. Acoperim integral toate benzile de frecventa utilizate astazi. Acestea sunt cuprinse intre 450 si 2400 MHz. Testam toate standardele de comunicatii existente in prezent. Acestea includ GSM, CDMA, UMTS si sisteme DECT. Respectam extrem de riguros normele internationale de siguranta. Ne ghidam dupa normele EN 50360 si IEC 62209. Realizam evaluarea preliminara a valorii SAR pentru dispozitive. Comparam rapid valorile masurate cu cele obtinute prin simulare. Simularile numerice asigura o precizie extrem de ridicata. Evaluam conformitatea terminalelor in raport cu standardele de siguranta. Acest proces implica calculul detaliat al puterii radiate emise. Autonomie, module mici si implanturi Determinam exact autonomia reala de functionare a telefoanelor. Analizam atent caracteristicile bateriei de alimentare in operare. Corelam aceste caracteristici cu regimul de functionare al terminalului. Incercam riguros dispozitive de comunicatie de foarte mici dimensiuni. Sunt vizate comunicatiile la o distanta destul de mica. Includem aici module populare precum WLAN sau Bluetooth. Testam si retele compacte moderne de tip ZigBee. In plus, efectuam studii avansate asupra implanturilor medicale. Oferim incercari dedicate pentru dispozitive de tip stimulator cardiac. Conditii de acces pentru clienti si universitati ICMET asigura serviciile stiintifice solicitate direct de clienti. Lucram strict pe baza unui contract economic transparent. Acesta rezulta dintr-o cerere de oferta foarte clara. Beneficiarul accepta oferta inainte de inceperea oricaror proceduri. Rezultatul incercarii este prezentat in Raportul de Incercari oficial. Documentul include in mod explicit incertitudinea de masurare tehnica.
