Dorim realizarea unor sisteme moderne de monitorizare, protectie si control la distanta. Acestea vizeaza exclusiv motoarele electrice fiabile de joasa tensiune. Motoarele deservesc utilaje complexe integrate in diverse linii tehnologice. Liniile vizate sunt cele de complexitate medie si mare din industrie. Scopul dezvoltarii sistemului wireless Reducerea semnificativa a cheltuielilor pentru intretinere si exploatare curenta. Reducerea timpilor de oprire accidentala a utilajelor tehnologice. Diminuarea majora a pierderilor tehnologice de pe linia de productie. Reducerea consumurilor energetice specifice prin functionarea strict optimizata. Monitorizarea la distanta a parametrilor functionali pentru motoare si utilaje. Obiective majore si conditii de implementare Trei directii fundamentale Integrarea sistemului de monitorizare cu functiile vitale de protectie. Asigurarea controlului la distanta prin transmisii radio sigure de date. Implementarea unor tehnici de tip sistem expert bazate pe logica Fuzzy. Optimizarea deciziilor in scopul atingerii criteriilor de performanta dorite. Realizarea unui sistem distribuit pentru supervizarea functionarii motoarelor de actionare. Suportul tehnic si obiective secundare Atingerea obiectivelor propuse este sustinuta puternic de competenta stiintifica a echipei. Directorul de proiect si membrii coordonati garanteaza calitatea rezultatelor. ICMET Craiova detine experienta vasta in monitorizarea echipamentelor electrotehnice. Colaborarea indelungata intre parteneri asigura implementarea conditiilor tehnico-stiintifice coerente necesare. Planul de realizare cuprinde etape si activitati alese foarte logic. Urmeaza proiectarea si realizarea modelului functional, urmat de prototip. Se efectueaza teste de laborator si in conditii industriale severe. Obiectivul secundar este cresterea sigurantei in functionare a consumatorilor electrici. Promovam astfel transferul de cunostinte tehnologice intre toti partenerii implicati.
