We develop an intelligent online monitoring and diagnostic system. It evaluates the functional parameters of the cooling system. It also accurately evaluates the efficiency of the entire thermal system. We offer a set of modern and efficient software tools. They ensure careful monitoring and correct information. They facilitate the best safe operating decisions.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #333; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0;\">\n        The solutions offered by the project massively increase the degree of energy security. Strict supervision prevents abnormal and inefficient operation of the networks. Thus, we even avoid the destruction of high-power transformers. Cooling is achieved by forced circulation of the insulating oil. The circulation of fresh air from the environment is also ensured.\n    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"color: #cc0000; font-size: 1.1em; margin-bottom: 10px;\">Real-time method and analytical method<\/h3>\n<div style=\"border: 1px solid #ddd; background-color: #fff; padding: 25px; margin-bottom: 30px;\">\n<p style=\"color: #444; line-height: 1.6; margin-top: 0;\">\n        The project practically develops two major methods of analysis and monitoring. The first method involves the exact knowledge in real time of the state of the installation. We place specific sensors in the critical thermal areas of the transformer. We transmit the information on-line to a central acquisition and processing equipment. We develop a specialized software for the coordination of the hydraulic circuits in the system. We develop another software dedicated entirely to the pneumatic circuit. A separate software automatically calculates the efficiency of the entire cooling process.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0;\">\n        The second method is absolutely and purely theoretical. This rigorously establishes the thermal field by simple analytical calculation. As input data we use the oil temperature at the top of the tank. We also use the phase load represented by the electric current in the network. Obiectivul principal si metodele de monitorizare Dezvoltarea sistemului inteligent Obiectivul principal il reprezinta cercetarile complexe, inter si multidisciplinare. Dezvoltam un sistem inteligent de monitorizare si diagnosticare on-line. Acesta evalueaza parametrii functionali de stare ai sistemului de racire. Evalueaza precis si eficienta intregului sistem termic. Oferim un set de instrumente software moderne si eficiente. Acestea asigura o supraveghere atenta si o informare corecta. Ele faciliteaza luarea celor mai bune decizii de exploatare in siguranta. Solutiile oferite prin proiect cresc masiv gradul de securitate energetica. Supravegherea stricta previne functionarea anormala si ineficienta a retelelor. Evitam astfel chiar si distrugerea transformatoarelor de mare putere. Racirea se realizeaza prin circulatia fortata a uleiului electroizolant. Se asigura si circulatia aerului proaspat din mediul inconjurator. Metoda in timp real si metoda analitica Proiectul dezvolta practic doua metode majore de analiza si monitorizare. Prima metoda presupune cunoasterea exacta in timp real a starii instalatiei. Amplasam senzori specifici in zonele termice critice ale transformatorului. Transmitem informatiile on-line catre un echipament central de achizitie si prelucrare. Dezvoltam un soft specializat pentru coordonarea circuitelor hidraulice din sistem. Dezvoltam un alt soft dedicat integral circuitului pneumatic. Un soft separat calculeaza automat eficienta intregului proces de racire. A doua metoda este una absolut si pur teoretica. Aceasta stabileste riguros campul termic prin simplu calcul analitic. Ca date de intrare folosim temperatura uleiului din partea superioara a cuvei. Utilizam si incarcarea pe faze reprezentata prin curentul electric din retea. Acestia includ Transelectrica SA, Electrica SA, Hidroelectrica SA si Termoelectrica SA. Este ideal pentru producatorii mari de transformatoare si autotransformatoare de putere. Vizeaza si intreprinderile de tip IMM producatoare de radiatoare sau electropompe. Proiectul le ofera date precise, culese din exploatare, pentru perfectionarea produselor. Impact tehnic si optimizarea costurilor Identificam rapid conditiile optime de incarcare economica a retelelor SEN. Minimizam clar riscurile enorme de defectare prematura a echipamentelor vitale. Estimam durata de viata remanenta si planificam inteligent scoaterea din functiune. Prelungim durata de viata prin strategii corecte si foarte rentabile. Minimizam semnificativ costurile de functionare pe termen lung si foarte lung. Eliminam mentenanta neplanificata si minimizam drastic perioadele de intrerupere nedorita.
