Metal parts receive vibration energy controlled with maximum precision. We solve the problem of dimensional changes and deterioration of mechanical properties. The system performs an automatic scanning and analysis of resonance peaks. The process parameters are automatically recorded providing reliable evidence. Ion Purcaru) Obiectivele proiectului si inovatia propusa Conceptia noului echipament inteligent Proiectul isi propune conceptia si dezvoltarea unui echipament complex. Acesta realizeaza detensionarea prin vibratii. Folosim materialul inteligent de tip GMM (Giant Magnetostrictive Material). Obtinem astfel o comanda inteligenta, rapida si precisa a vibratiilor induse. Acest fapt conduce la detensionarea rapida si eficienta a pieselor metalice. Sistemul reuseste sa omogenizeze perfect tensiunea remanenta. Obiectivul principal vizeaza conexiuni importante din domeniul interdisciplinar. Aceste legaturi fac posibila preluarea de realizari tehnologice de varf. Ne inspiram direct din alte sectoare inovatoare ale tehnicii. Scopul este cresterea masiva a nivelului tehnic al echipamentelor electrotehnice. Dorim reducerea eficienta a consumului energetic si conservarea mediului inconjurator. Vizate sunt firmele care executa constructii metalice sudate. Vorbim de structuri industriale de dimensiuni medii si mari. Detensionarea prin vibratii este o metoda revolutionara de tratament. Piesele metalice primesc o energie a vibratiilor comandata cu maxima precizie. Rezolvam problema schimbarilor dimensionale si a deteriorarii proprietatilor mecanice. Sistemul realizeaza o baleiere automata si analiza varfurilor de rezonanta. Parametrii de proces se inregistreaza automat oferind dovezi sigure. Se evalueaza perfect efectul de detensionare dorit. Impact economic major si beneficii sociale In prezent, detensionarea pieselor metalice se realizeaza exclusiv termic. Aceasta tehnologie invechita este urias consumatoare de energie conventionala. Mai mult, procesul termic este puternic poluant si are eficienta scazuta. Proiectul nostru ofera o alternativa verde si economica. Din punct de vedere social, cream o retea tehnologica perfect integrata. Aceasta va facilita colaborarea academica si de cercetare la nivel international.
