These allow the complex verification of power transformers, instrument transformers and high voltage equipment. We perform both type tests and special tests, in full compliance with international standards.\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n        Since 1995, the laboratory has been accredited by the Romanian Accreditation Association \u2013 RENAR (member of ILAC and EA) in accordance with the IEC \/ ISO 17025 standard. Here are located the 4.2 MV impulse generator, the 1.2 MV transformer cascade, the DC rectifier and the artificial rain equipment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Induced voltage chamber:<\/strong> Space dedicated to routine tests (36 mx 32 mx 27 m).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outdoor testing ground:<\/strong> External platform (30 mx 35 m) used for reliability tests at extreme stresses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"border-top: 1px solid #000;\">\n<h2>Testing equipment and technical capabilities<\/h2>\n<p>We have high voltage sources capable of simulating extreme dielectric stress conditions:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Applied alternating voltage sources (25 Hz \u2013 150 Hz)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In the screened hall:<\/strong> Up to 1200 kV (current 1.2 A).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outdoor:<\/strong> Up to 1800 kV (current 1.2 A).<\/li>\n<li><strong>At 50 Hz:<\/strong> 200 kV (0.5 A) and 350 kV (0.75 A) sources.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Resonant system:<\/strong> 3 units x 250 kV (total 750 kV) at 1 A.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Three-phase system (25-150 Hz):<\/strong> Voltages of 15 kV, 35 kV, 110 kV (Power 5 MVA, time 2 min).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. DC power source<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Continuous voltage test:<\/strong> Up to 1100 kV (current 30 mA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"border-top: 1px solid #000;\">\n<h2>Advanced measurement techniques<\/h2>\n<p>To ensure accuracy during the sessions <strong>high voltage equipment tests<\/strong>, we use high-performance measurement systems:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>High voltage measurement system:<\/strong> Consists of a voltage divider and a peak voltmeter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Calibrated pulse dividers:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Lightning and switching impulse divider (643\/4200 pF\/kV) mounted with the generator (according to IEC 60060-2\/94). Response time: 10 ns.<\/li>\n<li>Resistive lightning impulse divider (10\/2200 k\u03a9\/kV). Response time: 27 ns.<\/li>\n<li>Resistive lightning impulse divider (10\/770 k\u03a9\/kV). Executam atat incercari de tip, cat si incercari speciale, in deplina conformitate cu standardele internationale. Inca din anul 1995, laboratorul a fost acreditat de catre Asociatia de Acreditare din Romania \u2013 RENAR (membra a ILAC si EA) in conformitate cu standardul IEC \/ ISO 17025. De asemenea, functionam ca Laborator Inregistrat LOVAG (Low Voltage Agreement Group), ceea ce confirma recunoasterea globala a competentei noastre. Echipamente de incercare si capacitati tehnice Dispunem de surse de inalta tensiune capabile sa simuleze conditii extreme de solicitare dielectrica: 1. Generator de impuls (4,2 MV; 336 kWs) Incercarea la impuls de tensiune de trasnet: Pana la 4200 kV (energie 336 kWs) si 700 kV (energie 4,9 kWs). Incercarea la impuls de comutatie: Tensiuni pana la 2600 kV si 300 kV. 2. Surse de tensiune alternativa aplicata (25 Hz &#8211; 150 Hz) In hala ecranata: Pana la 1200 kV (curent 1,2 A). Sistem trifazat (25-150 Hz): Tensiuni de 15 kV, 35 kV, 110 kV (Putere 5 MVA, timp 2 min). 3. Sursa de curent continuu Incercarea la tensiune continua: Pana la 1100 kV (curent 30 mA). Tehnici de masurare avansate Pentru a asigura precizia in cadrul sesiunilor de incercari echipamente inalta tensiune, utilizam sisteme de masura de inalta performanta: Sistem de masurare a tensiunilor inalte: Compus din divizor de tensiune si voltmetru de varf. Divizoare de impuls calibrate: Divizor de impuls de trasnet si de comutatie (643\/4200 pF\/kV) montat cu generatorul (conform IEC 60060-2\/94). Timp de raspuns: 10 ns. Divizor de impuls de trasnet rezistiv (10\/2200 k\u03a9\/kV). Timp de raspuns: 27 ns. Divizor de impuls de trasnet rezistiv (10\/770 k\u03a9\/kV). Timp de raspuns: 10 ns. Divizoare capacitive de c.a.: 160\/1200 pF\/kV (montat cu cascada din hala). 200\/1800 pF\/kV (montat cu unitatea de cascada din aer liber). Analiza si inregistrare: Sistem de referinta (conform IEC 60-2) pentru LI, SI, AC, DC si sarcina de impuls pentru masurari DP, avand trasabilitatea la PTB (Germania). Echipament specializat pentru inregistrarea fenomenelor tranzitorii (10 biti, 100 MS\/s, 3 canale). Sistem de masurare a descarcarilor partiale (DP) prin metode electrice si ultrasonice, cu surse libere de DP pana la 500 kV. Monitorizare ambientala: Echipament pentru masurarea conditiilor atmosferice in timpul incercarilor. Servicii oferite Laboratorul executa urmatoarele tipuri de teste in hala ecranata sau la locul de montaj: Incercari cu impuls de tensiune cu unda plina (1.2\/50 \u00b5s) si unda taiata pe spate (2-8 \u00b5s) pana la 4200 kV. Incercari cu impuls de comutatie pana la 2600 kV. Incercari cu tensiune aplicata (25-150 Hz) pana la 800 kV. Incercari cu tensiune indusa monofazata si trifazata (5 MVA). Incercari cu tensiune continua pana la 1200 kV (30 mA). Incercari ale izolatiei externe sub ploaie artificiala (pentru echipamente pana la 400 kV). Masurarea descarcarilor partiale (metoda electrica si ultraacustica) si a perturbatiilor radio. Incercari cu tensiune combinata: LI-AC, SI-AC, DC-LI, DC-SI.
