The website is for informational purposes only. The information provided is intended to promote the institute's activities and disseminate scientific results, as well as to facilitate communication with the public through the contact form.
The documents available online on this website faithfully reproduce officially adopted texts and aim to facilitate public access to information regarding the activity of ICMET Craiova.

If ICMET Craiova grants the Client/User the right to use, in the form described in a separate user agreement, a certain content, to which the Client/User has or obtains access pursuant to this agreement, this right extends only to that content or those defined in the agreement, only during the existence of it or these contents on the site or the period defined in the agreement, according to the defined conditions, if they exist and do not represent a contractual commitment on the part of ICMET Craiova for the respective Client/User or any other third party who has/obtains access to this transferred content, by any means and who could be or is prejudiced in any way as a result of this content, during or after the expiration of the user agreement.
No Content transmitted to the Client or User, by any means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc.) or acquired by him through access, visit and/or viewing does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of ICMET Craiova and/or the employee/agent of ICMET Craiova who mediated the transfer of Content, if any, with respect to the respective content.
Reproduction, distribution or use of materials for purposes other than personal and non-commercial may only be done with the written consent of the institution and/or the legal rights holders.
- Limitation of liability
The NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING FOR ELECTROTECHNICS – ICMET Craiova makes constant efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information presented on the site. However, the institution cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors or the real-time updating of all information.
The Institute assumes no liability for any losses or damages resulting from the use of information published on the site.

The site provides a contact form. The data filled in by users are used exclusively for the stated purpose (communication or transmission of information by email) and are not stored, processed or distributed to third parties.
- Changing the terms
The Institute reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of use of the site at any time. Any modification will be published on this page and will enter into force from the date of publication.
- Applicable legislation
These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the site will first be resolved amicably. In the absence of an amicable agreement, then addressing the competent courts in Romania will be another solution.
