This economic-administrative structure represents a vital component for the functioning of ICMET Craiova, ensuring the logistical, financial and patrimonial support necessary for the development of research and development activities at high standards. The department manages financial resources, coordinates public procurement processes and supervises the administration of the institute's patrimony.

4.1. Financial Service – Accounting

This service plays a central role in maintaining the financial balance of the institute. The team coordinates the complete accounting records, ensuring the correct and timely recording of all economic and financial operations. The service also monitors budget execution and develops detailed economic analyses to support strategic management decisions.

Organizational structure and responsibilities:

  • 4.1.1. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING AND ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OFFICE: It deals with external financial reporting, preparing balance sheets and analyzing economic performance indicators.
  • 4.1.2. MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING OFFICE, BUDGETS, SALES, INVESTMENTS: Manages internal costs, annual budget planning and records of investments in research infrastructure.

4.2. Administrative-Heritage Service

The service ensures the operational functioning of ICMET Craiova through the efficient administration of buildings and equipment. At the same time, it manages the complex public procurement processes, guaranteeing transparency and compliance with the legislation in force for the supply of materials and services necessary for the projects.
